Contact Persons Management
Each person's information is available for sharing, sorting and searching in a new and completely integrated fashion. Persons are entered into the system once and the information is then shared by the overseers you select. Is a business associate also listed as a friend in your personal desk? A change in address is made once and reflected everywhere. Persons occupy many roles as well through assignments in your groups. More personal and/or additional information required for special groups are provided for on separate screens.
Person Groups Coordination
Have you ever wished to name your own groups in an unlimited fashion? Set up a committee or team for a new project, a Board of Directors or even a sporting team with players. Just add a new group and role codes. The ONE MASTER automatically integrates these into its menu offerings where fixed groups such as contacts, employees, instructors, students, users, artists, resources are already maintained with additional processes as well as information.
Contact Company Management and Function Coordination
Manage your company affiliations similarly with one entry and unlimited Overseer shared manner. Identify each company by the varying functions your Overseer creates and also the company types you choose to track. Turn a lead into a customer through a function assignment. Be able to select the company functioning as both a supplier and customer when you need to.
Unlimited Address, Phone and Internet
Each address, phone, and internet address is one entry that is shared by as many persons, companies and accounts as occurs. Keep unlimited address assignments in current or historical records. Switch between personal, company and temporary addresses. One click on an explorer formatted display of all address information gives you access to the details including a list of any and all entities sharing that address, phone or internet address.
Flexible System Codes
Simplify your data entry through the use of codes which cover just about everything the ONE MASTER anticipates you will need in over one hundred categories. Do you want to change these or add more?
