Library and Document Organization

The Informer assists you in organizing, maintaining and accessing your documents through library categories.  Libraries are also used in the Informer's feature to automatically maintain hard copy prints of certain reports as you print them.  Use the file picker to examine your hard drive and assign a file path to the associated library category.  Use the document file picker to identify a document by hyperlink address to an outside file on your computer or the web.

A Letter Generator

Use the Informer to create and store unlimited documents and document types internally.  Microsoft office file types can be hyper linked to or embedded within Informer documents.  Create an internal letter using themes, then click on SEND TO and build your delivery list through easy selections.  Select the delivery type (i.e. mail to, email) and schedule entries are automatically created to document the delivery action.  Do you need to view the history of documents sent from your overseer or even re-send the document?  The Informer allows you to view all.

Search and Link Computer Documents

The Informer specialist offers a search function to assist you in finding documents on your computer and not just view results, but use them as references for your projects by assigning hyperlinks. The Informer will store these documents in your library assignments but keep them available to the Leader's project management specialty allowing reference links by project, by objective and/or by step.  In addition, you can use file names and specifications to create automatic schedule entries pertinent to your projects.

Overview and Message Management

Create overviews with seven primary points to challenge yourself and others with this form of a summary presentation in overview.  You are reading MIS, Inc.'s attempt to explain the Informer in the overview in seven format.  Also, manage messages printed through some Informer assigned reports ranging from your course confirmation letters to personalized note cards.

A Script Writer

Use the Informer's script writer to assist you with creating scenarios applicable to your Overseer.  Do you enlist telemarketers?  Provide them with a way to handle the responses they'll receive.  Do you present ideas and solutions to others in examples of proper etiquette in the workplace?  The Informer will assist you in composing and printing your script.

Create Questionnaires and Manage Responses

The Informer assists you to build your own questionnaires which can be used as surveys or tests.  When building, you can assign the correct answer (if applicable to your question type).  When respondents answers are input, any variances are reported to in red.
